An hour of empowering movement to explore our fullest range of motion, natural movement patterns, strength practices and lengthening rituals. This dynamic fusion interweaves elements of Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Calisthenics & Ballet. Brings instant empowerment and metamorphosis. It's not easy, but is suited to all bodies and modifications are offered throughout.

Our bodies needs to move in all ways possible. This practice supports any movement; on and beyond the mat.

Bring weights and water to keep hydrated.

These offerings make up the majority of our work and are important as there isn't one-size-fits-all when it comes to our bodies, physically and energetically. Sessions are completely bespoke, focused entirely on the uniqueness of you. A fast-track way of encouraging the best version of self, we assess your range of motion, movement patterns, energy levels, aspirations and create a tailored practice for you to dive into. We'll support you in removing whatever stands in your way, so you can expand beyond the boundaries that have been placed there. Benefits are instant, long-lasting and uplifting. Suitable for every body. These sessions offer a chance to reassess your movement practices and patterns to move through life in a fuller, more embodied and empowered way.
