Lilavati Slow Mo Sunday Flow 2nd August 2020
Time & Location
About the Event
The best kind of yoga there is; flowing outdoors in nature! Untamed, in the elements, in beautiful outdoor space in Great Glemham. Exact location/directions are included in each booking confirmation.
These sessions are suitable for all levels; modifications offered throughout. Movement with breath is so nourishing for the body, mind and soul. The physical and mental benefits of the practice far outweigh the investment of energy, time and effort put in. Lilavati draw on their extensive experience to offer a slow, deep, effective yoga flow, full of cues to draw you deeper into the practice on all levels. Expect to feel centred, abundant, in-touch, rooted and awakened.
In line with current legislation, places are strictly limited, so pre-booking and pre-payment is essential. If spaces sell out, there's a waitlist and if further spaces open and you're on the waitlist, we'll notify you asap.
We're beyond excited to share the practice in our favourite place: nature, by the sea. Look forward to seeing you there! x
Each session is 60 minutes and costs £5. Questions? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
